Native American Project
The 4th graders studied Native Americans during October through December. We studied six different areas in North America where numerous Native American tribes lived. To end our unit, the students were able to choose a tribe of their choice to research. They researched their tribe’s food, clothing, homes, and culture. They also made a craft that had to with their tribe. Many did crafts on their tribe’s homes, crafts the tribe made, or what the tribe’s village may have looked like. They then presented their tribe information and craft to the class. I am very proud of the time and effort they put into this project.
